Resveratrol Wine – An Anti-Aging Elixir

This is reason why the muscadine wine Resveratrol contributes 50 parts per million as compared to normal red wine that has only five parts of Resveratrol per million. Therefore, this is the wine with the most resveratrol content in it.
Resveratrol and red wine also have benefits other than increasing the average life span. They can serve to be a prospective drug against cancer. Recent research has it that the antioxidants in wine along with Resveratrol are responsible for inhibiting the three stages of cancer, i.e. the initiation, progression and promotion. It has been proven by medical research that drinking wine can cut down the chances of getting cancer.
Resveratrol is truly a miracle ingredient which is extensively present in red wine. However, the Resveratrol white wine content is approximately 0.5 to 1.0mg/L. This might not seem to be sufficient in order to reduce the chances of coronary diseases, thus the daily consumption of red wine will do the trick. This way, the average life span of an individual can increase for five to ten years. However, from a medical perspective, drinking wine daily is not recommended, especially for wine addicts.
